Colour-itas by Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon

Whilst the origin of the Margarita recipe is fiercely debated, the Ritz Bar’s Colour-itas have Lisbon bartender Rute Rodrigues’ name all over them.

For margarita obsessives looking to try something new, Rute rounded up some of her favorite Margarita-inspired recipes and created four striking colour-itas.

These aren’t your run-of-the-mill Margaritas though.

There’s one with red berries, one with the most aromatic roasted Portuguese coffee, a spicy mango and cinnamon one and for something a little more savory, an Apple and basil (yes, basil) one.
